His location? A historical apartment that used to belong to Napoleon, with views of the Saone river in the 2nd arrondissement. Adorned with art and gilded ornaments, Arthaud’s location is an unparalleled place to dine.
His grandma inspired his cooking but what keeps him going is the excitement of meeting new people and introducing them to his 'universe, my food, and simply to share – because that’s what life is about'.

Joëlle's tour of the Croix Rousse market, a lovely and authentic French market near her home, is followed by a French cooking class with fresh ingredients. Her 5-course rooftop dinner is a real journey for the senses:
you start with a cocktail and appetizers as the sun goes down. Then follows a delicious pie, delicate roast beef and eggplant tatin, French cheese, and the dessert that chocolate lovers adore. Each course is paired with red wine.

Together, they delight in visiting local markets to source fresh ingredients for their menu, featuring everything from homemade pasta to traditional Mediterranean dishes.

Aude is a seasoned culinary expert who graduated from Strasbourg hotelier high school and has an impressive background working in catering services in Paris, a gastronomic restaurant in Africa, and a chocolate boutique. Now, she shares her passion for cooking with you through immersive cooking classes with you.
In her sunny workshop in central Nice you can learn to make delicious dishes unique to Southern France. After the hands-on cooking class, soak up the sun in her beautiful garden and enjoy the 3-course meal you helped prepare.
She also offers an immersive market experience of Libération market, followed by a hands-on cooking workshop using fresh, local ingredients.
