A Look Back: The Most Unique Supper Club Experience
With so many incredible themed events under his belt, does Pratap have a favourite? Absolutely!
Pratap told us that his most unique and treasured supper club was Perfume: An Edible Scent, which pushed the boundaries of sensory dining.
This was the most unique dining experience pretty much anywhere and my all time favorite. It was inspired by the book Fragrant: The Secret Life of Scent by Mandy Aftel who I not only met, but also cooked for. - Pratap
A Dish to Remember: The Signature Favorite
Out of all the creative dishes served at Perfume: An Edible Scent, one dish remained unchanged: beetroot scented with rose and bergamot, magnolia-scented mustard, pomegranate, ricotta, and pine nuts.
This was a delicate yet complex dish which embodied the fusion of scent and flavor, making it a standout from all of Pratap’s supper clubs. You're guaranteed to try new flavor combinations at Pratap's table that will surprise your senses!
