Hey :) I am Carol I was born in Trujillo, a beautiful coast city where the spring never ends in Peru. I growed between flavors, smells, textures, music, laughs and a lot of care and mother’s love were i discovered my passion for cooking. Between Spain and Peru.

I was so curious to know and experience how to make so delicious peruvian plates and traditional tastes . My mother was the one who showed me the secrets of Peruvian and Spanish food. 
To cook began as a hobby and has ended as a showcase of my work and addiction unconfessed. In it there is cooking, fun and lots of love. I bring to you some flavours and tastes of the traditional Peruvian food.  From ancient recipes of the Incas and Mochica culture. I’m looking forward to share my passion with you !
