This cooking class with Paula was absolutely amazing! Paula is a great teacher, and with a family-style cooking class, right out of her chef's hat, she enables you to go at your own pace, giving everybody just the guidance they need! She gets out some tips and tricks she's learnt over her years of experience with dim-sum cooking, and trust me when I say this, at the end of the class, you'll feel happy, well-achieved and well-fed too! (we all got to take home 30 dim-sums each!) I highly recommend you take a day out to get yourself a ticket to this class!

We had such a wonderful afternoon with Silvana. She explained all about the history of pasta making and what to look for when buying pasta in the supermarkets. The pasta making itself was so much fun, and the end result was delicious. Silvana was so welcoming and friendly and created such a warm environment. Thank you so much for a lovely experience - can't wait to try making pasta from scratch myself!
