"The 4-course private dinner with Chef Jean Yves was incredible! The food and the flavors were beyond delicious, and the meal happened to be completely gluten free which was great for me as I have celiac disease. I traveled solo to Paris so it was nice to be paired up with other travelers, two nice couples, one from the US and one from Canada. We shared travel stories and recommendations for what to do around Paris with each other all while have a delicious meal. Jean Yves explained all the ingredients before each course and also chatted with us in between the courses and after dinner on some of the histotry of Vietnam and how there is a lot of French influence there. I would HIGHLY recommend this experience to anyone visiting Paris. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip!"
