Dreamy Brunch in a pastry chef's Tel Aviv apartment

I'm a pastry chef and a baker.
In the past few years I traveled to study and to work around the world.
One of my favourite things to do, is to host people who love food for 3-4 hours in a fantasy land of doughs, pastries, and sweets.

אין דבר שאני אוהבת יותר מעוגות ומאפים חמים שיוצאים מהתנור.
אני מעבירה סדנאות אפייה במטבח הפרטי שלי בשכונת עג׳מי הציורית ביפו, קצת מעל החוף.
בסדנאות אלמד אתכם איך להפוך את המטבח הפרטי שלכם למאפייה קטנה ומוצלחת.
אתן לכם כלים בסיסיים ואראה לכם כמה קלה ונגישה יכולה להיות חווית האפיה.
סביב שולחן גדול, ניגע כולנו יחד בבצק, נאכל תוך כדי, נעשה מלא פירורים ונשתה יין.
בסיום הסדנה תוכלו להתחלק בשלל שנשאר.

My name is Keren Agam founder of  Online Blog and workshop series.
There is nothing that I like more than freshly baked Pastries, in many ways you can say that am addicted to dough.
I run workshops in my private patio in Jaffa neighbourhood,  just a few steps away from the Mediterranean sea .
In my workshops I will teach you how to turn your kitchen into a small and successful bakery .
Sharing basic tools and techniques I will make the baking experience as accessible as it never was for you.
Gather around the table we will exchange energy, laugh , taste delicious food and some wine , have a lot of fun …and yes, learn to bake.

Private Event-Authentic Indian Brunch in a  courtyard in Jaffa

Food is art and art is my" bread & butter". When I was ten years old I built a model of the Taj Mahal instead of doing my homework.  Since then art is my soul. I graduated Baroda University in India with BA degree in art and MA in traditional print techniques.
Culinary links embedded in my blood. My father was an organizer of events in the steel factory where he worked as an engineer. So from young age I learned to estimate how much rice is necessary to feed 250 people...
In 2001, after a year of volunteer service in Kibbutz Kfar Charov in The Golan Heights I received a scholarship from the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Post Master degree in Art at Bezalel Academy. Since I needed extra income to live I started working at an Indian restaurant in Moshav (village) Even Sapir near Jerusalem. In this picturesque restaurant I gained experience in cooking for large scale events. 
In 2005 I founded with my Israeli wife, Sigal "The Open House for Indian Culture". We host in our home Indian dinner with lectures on Indian culture & classical Indian music & dance performances. 
In 2012 we moved to Yaffo in south TLV. We are living in an authentic Arbic house that I renovated with recycled materials and full with my art on the walls. Dinner is hosted in our patio and we love to sit & talk with our guests about art & life when dinner is over.

Perfect Italian brunch - Milano style!

Born and raised in Italy, I have lived in Milan, Paris, and Tel Aviv (since 2008). 
You may have seen me on TV where I host my own cooking show ("Nadia Ellis - The Vegan Italian Chef") or you may have already been one of the over 4,000 guests who have dined at my table over the years... Or maybe this is the first time you've landed on my page so here are some details about me! 
I am a lecturer at Tel Aviv University during the day, and a passionate food researcher at night - I love trying new recipes and finding that one special ingredient that can turn any dish into a moment of perfect pleasure... I have turned the expression "Vegan Italian" into a tasty and well-renowned reality here in Israel and I have made countless people fall in love with plant-based gastronomy over the years. 
Whether you've wanted to taste my foods for a long time, or it's the first time you've heard of Vegan Italian Gastronomy and now you're curious - I hope I'll have the pleasure to host you for a sumptuous and exclusive dinner at my place in Tel Aviv! I'll be happy to prepare the most amazing Italian food experience you've ever had.
