hi everybody im yonatan and im a chef,  I have worked in some of the finest restaurants in Israel. My menu is inspired by the food I was brought up on, my travels around the world and the chefs that I worked with and learned from. I believe in the personal touch, where each guest feels that the meal was prepared especially for him and what a better setting to accomplish this than in my home.

שמי חגי, המפגש בין אוכל מצוין, יין משובח ואנשים היא התשוקה שמניעה אותי. האהבה שלי לתחום רק מתעצמת עם השנים, ממלאה אותי באנרגיה וגורמת לי להמשיך לחקור ולחפש. לאחר שנים של ניסיון בברים ומסעדות, הבנתי שהדרך החדשה עבורי היא לארח בביתי, 
 בחצר אורבנית בקצה הדרומי של תל אביב בשכונת שפירא, חצר קסומה שופעת צמחייה, ירק ופרח עם שולחנות ערוכים תחת צמרות עצים, אידיאלי לאירועים פרטיים בסדר גודל של 40-10 איש. 
תפריט מגוון ועשיר בסגנון ים תיכוני איטלקי, עם שפע של ירקות צבעוניים, בשרים פירות ים ודגים.‎ אז בואו להנות מערב עם אוכל משובח, יין טוב ואנרגיות נפלאות.

I am Hagai, I am driven by the passion for food, wine, and people. My love for the culinary world is growing over the years, fills me up with energy and nourishes my ongoing research. 
After years of experience in bars and restaurants, I have chosen a new way where I host at my home, in my urban garden in the southern part of Tel Aviv in Shapira neighborhood. Set in the magical green garden filled with flowers and plants, at the long tables under the trees, I can host private events for 10-40 people. The menu is a diversified rich selection of Mediterranean-Italian food based on fresh vegetables, meat, fish and seafood. You are welcome to enjoy a pleasant evening with a great atmosphere. 

Mumbai's NYE Bollywood Party in Jaffa

It has been twenty three years since my first visit to India as a young tourist, but never in my wildest dreams did I think India would take such a significant part of my life. I lived in Pune for several years and still visit every year. I visited every large city in India. Mumbai is my favorite, and feels like my second home. I love the urban vibe - street food, high-end restaurants, Bollywood, contemporary art, shopping ranging from the busiest markets to luxurious shops, the nightlife.
While away from India I manage to keep in touch by organizing events and parties for Indians working abroad, participating in Bollywood dance performances, maintaining a Bollywood dance class for kids, and of course cooking Indian food. (Some of these activities are also good opportunities to brush up on my Hindi!)
It was Indian food in great restaurants that made me passionate about cooking in the first place.
One of my formative experiences was meeting Jaya, a professional and gifted cook, in our hometown, Pune. Jaya was (and still is) a great mentor, and even though I have continued studying and experimenting with modern Indian food forms for the past ten years, I learned all the basics from her. We used to roam the Pune markets together or eat a restaurant dish and reverse engineer its ingredients to cook it ourselves at home.    
When I visit a place in India, one my first plans are always culinary - restaurants, food markets and street food. One of the initial facts I learned is that Indian food is affected by regional, cultural and religious diversity, and that there's an entire philosophy behind every dish and cooking style. There is no universal way to make any dish in India. My wish is to introduce the rich, urban and vibrant Indian kitchen.
Since India has thousands of miles of coastline I choose to focus on seafood as well as Maharashtrian classic vegetarian cuisine.

דרך מסעדות מובילות בישראל (קיטשן מרקט,

ולהעניק לכם אירוח קולינרי ביתי בסטנדרטים הגבוהים ביותר שיש.

New Years Special in an open backyard in Netanya

אביעד בן 30. עובד במקצוע ב10 השנים האחרונות. התחלתי את דרכי במסעדת ״ויולט״ של יוסי שיטרית, משם המשכתי ל״שגב״ של שגב משה, המשכתי ועבדתי כשף פרטי על יאכטה ביוון, משם הגעתי למסעדת ״נמוס״ של ארתור בילדר וכיום אני גרילמן במעשנת הבשרים ״אלבמה״. כמובן שבין לבין נדדתי בין מטבחים נוספים אך אלה המרכזיים שבהם.
טל- קונדיטורית בת 30. עובדת במקצוע בשמונה השנים האחרונות. עבדתי במסעדת ״יפו תל אביב״ של חיים כהן, בקייטרינג הגורמה ״שמואלי״ של רן שמואלי במסגרתו לקחתי חלק באירועים יוצאי דופן במורכבותם ואופיים וכיום אני עצמאית תחת המותג ״SweetArt HAND-MADE״. בין לבין עבדתי במסעדות נוספות ומכרתי קינוחים לבתי קפה בתל אביב.
אנחנו חברי ילדות שאוהבים מאוד לבשל יחד ולארח ותמיד ידענו שנשלב כוחות בדרך כזאת או אחרת. לאחרונה התחלנו לארח ארוחות שף בחצר הבית בו אביעד גדל בשכונת נווה איתמר הפסטורלית בפאתי נתניה תחת השם ״החצר האחורית״.

ומה עכשיו?! עכשיו הצלחתי להגשים חלום שתמיד היה שם. חלום שקרם עור וגידים מהר כ"כ כאילו היה רשום בלוח זמנים.

Nice to meet you. My name is Orit, I stumbled upon my culinary passion quite  "accidentally".  However, apparently there is no such thing in life. It feels like I've always been emotionaly connected to food & hosting and they were forever insuperable part of who I am. After 1 year of professional chef studies followed by 2 weeks internship at "Klualis" restaurant, which lasted for 5 years of amazing experience, I embarked to my new journey - hosting your events at your own homes.
For 13 years I'm excited to celebrate your happy moments time and time again. Taking part of endless happy moments at your place.
Recently, I made a dream come true. I created my life time vision. Culinary House - an open kitchen, a place to create, to cook and meet you up in person.
My kitchen is inspired from the food i was raised on since childhood, culinary travels around the globe and especially by the fresh, high quality and colorful materials around me.




Chinese Hotpot Dinner & Tea Ceremony in Florentin

Our story starts in Hong Kong, 2014. Nadi (Nadav), a documentary filmmaker and tea enthusiast, meet Pink (Luk Sze Wan), a local foodie who grew on Cantonese home food. Living since on the line between TLV and China, we’ve been exploring the depth of the Chinese tea culture constantly, while focusing Chinese food in our daily cooking.

Through the long legacy of Chinese food, the richest in food history, the best food was always served at home. Followed by the traditional technics and kitchen-ware, we offer an authentic Cantonese home food experience. A dinner which is balanced, rich with nutritious, and made by original self-imported ingredients. We feel proud to be the first ambassadors in Israel to host a traditional tea ceremony (‘gong fu cha’) served in real Chinese tea-ware.

הסיפור שלנו מתחיל בהונג קונג 2014. נדב, צלם דוקומנטרי וחובב תה, פוגש את פינק, מקומית שגדלה על אוכל קנטונזי. מאז ועד היום, אנחנו חיים על קו תל-אביב הונג-קונג ומגדישים את פועלנו לחקר המטבח הסיני רבתי והפצת התה הסיני בישראל.

במורשת המטבחים הסינים, הגדולה והעשירה בהיסטוריה האנושית, ידוע שהאוכל הטוב ביותר מוגש בבית. את טכניקות הבישול וכלי המטבח שלנו הבאנו מסין ומהונג-קונג, כמו גם את מורשת התה המפוארת וכלי ההגשה הייחודיים לה. 

אנחנו מציעים חוויה סינית אותנטית, אוכל קנטונזי ביתי בשילוב עם אירוח תה מסורתי. ארוחה מאוזנת לפי הפילוסופיה הסינית, עשירה ומזינה, המורכבת בין היתר ממרכיבים בלעדיים ביבוא אישי.

My ways in the culinary world began at the age of seven... I tried to cook cucumber :-)
as you can easily imagine the outcome was......
Since then the kitchen is my favorite place, it opens channels of renewed creativity every time I walk in.
At the age of twenty I realized the world has a lot to offer and there began my food trail journey,
3 years of amazing experiences are deeply carved in my memory, I was exposed to cultures, smells and amazing tastes
But above all I was exposed to people.
I learned of openness and acceptance , loneliness and togetherness which thought me that Food like love and music has an international language
That connects people.
This amazing connection of food and people started my professional life as a vegetarian
 chef.
Thru my 20 years of cooking I accomplished a masters degree in education and today I combine my 2 passions
