אני שף תומר חווה, ואני מזמין אתכם להתארח אצלי
ולצאת למסע קולינרי חוויתי של ניחוחות וטעמים,
החוקר את יסודות המטבח המקומי ומעניק לו פרשנות יצירתית ומעודכנת.
המטבח שלי הוא תבנית נוף מולדתי.
הוא ספוג בהשראת אגן הים התיכון,
שילוב של חומרי גלם, נופים, תרבויות ואנשים,
ומבוסס תמיד רק על חומרי גלם מקומיים,
ועל תוצרת עונתית טרייה כדי להבטיח לכם ארוחה טעימה ומשובחת.
מסע ההתפתחות האישי שלי במטבח מגיע מתוך
האהבה לטבע, התשוקה לאוכל והמשיכה למדע ותגליות.
אני בעל תואר ראשון בכימיה, בוגר לימודי שף בפירנצה,
נשוי להילה, אב לאלה וארבל,
ובעליה הגאה של גינת ירק ססגונית שאני מגדל מתחת לביתנו, 
סמוך למתחם בזל בתל אביב.

מסלול הקריירה שלי מגוון ועבר בין מסעדות מובילות בעולם,
בינהן מסעדה עטורת מישלן בדרום סיציליה,
דרך מסעדות מובילות בישראל (קיטשן מרקט,
טופולופומפו ועוד) ועד הרגע בו בחרתי לפתוח את ביתי
ולהעניק לכם אירוח קולינרי ביתי בסטנדרטים הגבוהים ביותר שיש.

משתה ים תיכוני הצופה על מפרץ חיפה 

Since I was a child I was responsible for the family dinners, which gave me a huge pleasure and an endless calmness. As a child I remember being interested and curious about food and always asked for explanations. Somehow I still remember most of them..
When I grew up I traveled by myself and got to know different cuisines, especially Asian.
 i have lived in Shanghai and there, except for the music, movies and arts that I discovered, I also found myself spending hours and days at the markets, amazed by the huge diversity and the tastes I wasn't aware of before. I mostly ate street food and at the small local restaurants.
After my return I dedicated myself to my art- I drew oil & water paintings and studied fashion design.
Along the way, the kitchen has always given me the fullest satisfaction and happiness, it's where I really feel at home and most creative. My heart is open and I want to give and to feed. My biggest pleasure is to feed people and to bring smiles to their faces and stomachs. The kitchen is where my passion and creativity are being most reflected and expressed, and I'm happy to share it with you.

לתחום הקולינריה הגעתי די "בטעות".
אבל, כנראה שאין דבר כזה כי, זה מרגיש כאילו תמיד הייתי שם והאוכל הבישול והאירוח הם חלק בלתי נפרד ממני. אחרי שנה של קורס בישול מקצועי וסטאז' של שבועיים בקלואליס, שנמשך 5 שנים של עבודה מדהימה, הגעתי אליכם הביתה עם הקייטרינג שלי.
13 שנים אני התרגשתי וממשיכה להתרגש בכל פעם מחדש מהשמחה שלכם.
ומה עכשיו?! עכשיו הצלחתי להגשים חלום שתמיד היה שם. חלום שקרם עור וגידים מהר כ"כ כאילו היה רשום בלוח זמנים.
בית קולינרי - מטבח רחב ידיים וחלל לארח אתכם אצלי. מקום ליצירה, לבישול לאירוח ולפגוש אתכם מקרוב קרוב.

Nice to meet you. My name is Orit, I stumbled upon my culinary passion quite  "accidentally".  However, apparently there is no such thing in life. It feels like I've always been emotionaly connected to food & hosting and they were forever insuperable part of who I am. After 1 year of professional chef studies followed by 2 weeks internship at "Klualis" restaurant, which lasted for 5 years of amazing experience, I embarked to my new journey - hosting your events at your own homes.
For 13 years I'm excited to celebrate your happy moments time and time again. Taking part of endless happy moments at your place.
Recently, I made a dream come true. I created my life time vision. Culinary House - an open kitchen, a place to create, to cook and meet you up in person.
My kitchen is inspired from the food i was raised on since childhood, culinary travels around the globe and especially by the fresh, high quality and colorful materials around me.

שמי חגי, המפגש בין אוכל מצוין, יין משובח ואנשים היא התשוקה שמניעה אותי. האהבה שלי לתחום רק מתעצמת עם השנים, ממלאה אותי באנרגיה וגורמת לי להמשיך לחקור ולחפש. לאחר שנים של ניסיון בברים ומסעדות, הבנתי שהדרך החדשה עבורי היא לארח בביתי, 
 בחצר אורבנית בקצה הדרומי של תל אביב בשכונת שפירא, חצר קסומה שופעת צמחייה, ירק ופרח עם שולחנות ערוכים תחת צמרות עצים, אידיאלי לאירועים פרטיים בסדר גודל של 40-10 איש. 
תפריט מגוון ועשיר בסגנון ים תיכוני איטלקי, עם שפע של ירקות צבעוניים, בשרים פירות ים ודגים.‎ אז בואו להנות מערב עם אוכל משובח, יין טוב ואנרגיות נפלאות.

I am Hagai, I am driven by the passion for food, wine, and people. My love for the culinary world is growing over the years, fills me up with energy and nourishes my ongoing research. 
After years of experience in bars and restaurants, I have chosen a new way where I host at my home, in my urban garden in the southern part of Tel Aviv in Shapira neighborhood. Set in the magical green garden filled with flowers and plants, at the long tables under the trees, I can host private events for 10-40 people. The menu is a diversified rich selection of Mediterranean-Italian food based on fresh vegetables, meat, fish and seafood. You are welcome to enjoy a pleasant evening with a great atmosphere.

hi everybody im yonatan and im a chef,  I have worked in some of the finest restaurants in Israel. My menu is inspired by the food I was brought up on, my travels around the world and the chefs that I worked with and learned from. I believe in the personal touch, where each guest feels that the meal was prepared especially for him and what a better setting to accomplish this than in my home.
